The new 3,200-square-foot building more than doubles the size of the previous location. "Our growth has resulted in a need for a significant expansion of our facilities,” said Business Manager and owner Gregg Anderson. “In an economy where many companies are pulling back the reins, we’re proud to be expanding our services and capabilities.” The Company has installed software that assists customers with electronic file uploads and pre-press approvals, which reduces the customer’s travel time and fuel costs. Additionally, the Company has added new state-of-the-art equipment enabling DIBS to provide faster turnaround and delivery. The new DBIS website, www.dibsfl.com, set to launch in July will feature an online ordering process and an educational section which will provide customers with information, tips and techniques about the design and printing process. To better serve its clients, DIBS recently named Ruth Anderson as Customer Service Representative. Anderson will liaison with DIBS staff to represent client interests.
